News: March 2025 ND has handed over the completed ventilated facade for Towlerton Medical Center in Limerick. The scope of services included structural design, BSP thermally passive substructure, fire barriers and fully prefabricated Swisspearl panels for rapid build on site. NEWS: April 2025 ND has been cotracted to design and provide fully prefabricated comprehansive facade systems to two schools in Citywest Dublin.

The comprehensive facade design PI covered, including BSP passive substructure system onto SFS infill panels incorporating cavity fire barriers. Fiber cement cladding panels prefabricated and coordinated with the substructure for rapid build on site. Structural design and detailed construction drawings. Supply of all components including fixings. Quality Control and Sign Off procedures including BCAR Certificates and design warranty. One Stop Shop.

The comprehensive facade design PI covered, including BSP passive substructure system onto mix concrete and SFS substrates incorporating cavity fire barriers. Various suspended soffit systems and canopy structures with suspension up to 1m. Fiber cement cladding panels prefabricated and coordinated with the substructure for rapid build on site. Structural design and detailed construction drawings. Quality Control and Sign Off procedures including BCAR Certificates. One Stop Shop.

Glass Rain Screen Facade System. Project-specific design, system tested with BET to full CWCT testing sequence. Glass panels laminated with SentryGlas laminate with Miami Test approval. Jambo size panels 4000x1300mm with Blick Glass undercut anchors, fully mechanically fixed. Design by Blick System. Design coordination and execution on site including SFS in fill panels as the Through Wall Solution by NDevelopment Group, Installation by Nator Construction Ltd.

Anodized Aluminum Panles rain screen system. Extruded aluminum panels mixed colors and finishes. Substructure onto SFS system, cavity fire barriers and insulation. All components coordinated as one external Through Wall Solution. Design coordination on site and Installation by NDevelopment Group.

Metsec SFS infill system. Design coordination on site, supply and installation by NDevelopment Group. The steel structure designed and weathered to support the brick slip rain screen system. Suspended soffits system with fiber-cement panels designed and provided by NDevelopment Group.

Suspended Soffit with BSP system designed for various substrates and suspension depth. Suspension structure up to 1000mm, fully detailed design, structural calculations, cladding panels prefabricated and delivered to site for rapid build system.
